Nevada Legislature Building
The Nevada Legislative Building at 401 S Carson Street, Carson City, NV was constructed in the late 1960s to accommodate the growing needs of the state legislature. New renovations and expansions are currently underway and expected to be completed in early 2026.
Dramatic outdoor lighting was installed as part of the renovations. Solid State Luminaires LazerLine WET luminaries (designed specifically for grazing, flood lighting, and wall washing) were utilized to illuminate the exterior of this historical landmark. This Lazer Series luminaire carries an IP66 and IK08 impact rating, includes a high efficient electro-optical design (+100 LPW), features precision optics, and engineered into a sleek form factor.
ALR Reno was the sales agency involved in this project. The renovation architects are Paul Cavin and Ethos Three. The general contractors are Plenium Builders and Kalb Industries.
